Service To Others, Truth, Integrity & Compassion Tulare County Paranormal Society (TCPS) is based out of Visalia California server the Central Valley and surrounding area’s on a case by case basis. We have been proud to serve and have helped many clients throughout California FREE OF CHARGE. We are a serious and dedicated team of paranormal researchers who are upfront and direct with all of our investigation, theories and protocol. TCPS started in 2008 with two people. We have now grown to 9 investigators. Privacy and Respect is our number one priority. We will give all information to our clients for them to come to their own conclusions.
